We, Sibylle and Martin Weidenhiller, and the entire team from the "Alte Linde", manage our hotel/restaurant, the "Alte Linde", the way we ourselves expect a hotel/restaurant to be.

Based on our philosophy of mutual respect and esteem, we manage to create a positive atmosphere which both our staff and guests benefit from. It is not just our aim to satisfy you, it is our aim to inspire enthusiasm in you.

We focus on top-quality "hardware and software“, procurement and careful food processing.

We offer our guests the underlying conditions they rightfully expect: Our guests are staying in comfortable rooms with high-quality furniture and equipment we ourselves have selected with devotion, they are served meals on top-quality china (Rosenthal Pearl China) and high-quality, individually selected (organic) wines in elegant glassware.

We give top priority to the selection of the foods we buy. We consider both the conditions of production, distribution and freshness and prefer regional produce. This is why we have voluntarily decided to submit ourselves to strict regulations and eco-certification checks.
